Job summary

4Recruitment Services in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a Technical Services Customer Operations Helpdesk role in Wythenshawe. You will provide Facilities Management support and customer service 24/7, in a fast-paced environment, ensuring business objectives are met with confidence.

The position offers an ongoing long-term contract with weekly PAYE pay at £14.80 per hour. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with adherence to policies and training to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Working within Technical Services Customer Operations Helpdesk, providing Facilities Management support and customer service 24/7, 365 days per year.
• Delivering excellent customer service through various channels to meet SLA and KPI targets in line with contractual obligations.
• Record all jobs (raise, assign, progress and complete) within the Helpdesk system to ensure efficient delivery.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to maintain safe and compliant working environment.
• Be flexible in working hours as defined by Team Leader to meet customer requirements.
