Job summary

Andy File Associates Limited, acting for our client, seeks an Operations Manager in Doncaster to lead day-to-day operational delivery across planned, reactive, compliance and project works within a growing FM business.

The role requires hands-on management of engineers and subcontractors, RAMS reviews, CAFM usage and ensuring works meet SLAs and budgets while maintaining high customer service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management or hard FM.
• Experience managing direct staff and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Experience with CAFM/job-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of planned, reactive, compliance and project work from instruction through to completion.
• Coordinate resources across engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is prioritised, scheduled and delivered within SLAs and client timescales.
• Review RAMS and maintain safety and compliance documentation.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts and client relationships.
• Ensure effective use of CAFM system for reporting and documentation.
