Job summary

The Compleat Food Group in Bradley Stoke, Bristol is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support a busy food manufacturing site. You will work with the Facilities Manager and Engineering team to keep site services, plant and equipment safe, reliable and efficient, ensuring continuous production.

The role requires practical, proactive individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment and turn problems into lasting solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in Facilities, Site Services, Maintenance or Engineering.
Maintenance skills in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines.
Experience in manufacturing environments.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to implement sustainable solutions and work safely.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned and preventative maintenance across plant, equipment and site services.
Respond to faults and breakdowns, diagnosing problems and identifying root causes.
Implement effective, sustainable repairs to maximise reliability and availability.
Complete maintenance activities safely and to a high standard.
Follow planned maintenance schedules daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and SOPs, maintain audit-ready records.
