Job summary

The Compleat Food Group in Crewe is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to strengthen our engineering team. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure corrective actions are documented on the CMM system.

You will work in a dynamic food environment with a strong emphasis on safety, quality workmanship, and collaboration across site functions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Relevant industry qualifications.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a food environment preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and fault-find mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Perform PMs and repairs to high engineering standards.
• Ensure corrective actions are recorded on the CMM system.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail with strong analytical reporting.
• Maintain first-class work ethic on site.
• Build and develop strong relationships with all site functions.
