Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Site Services Supervisor to lead a maintenance-driven team on a FMCG manufacturing site. You will oversee maintenance, fault-finding and planned work on equipment and facilities, with a focus on water systems to maximise uptime.

The role runs Monday–Friday on day shifts, offering a competitive salary and benefits. A recognised engineering qualification is required, with UK FMCG site experience preferred for long-term development.

Qualifications

Site Services experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Hands-on PM, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
Team Leadership / Supervisory experience.
Experience with Utilities and Water reduction on large sites.

Responsibilities

Lead a site services team carrying out maintenance, fault-finding and planned maintenance on equipment and facilities.
Ensure maximum uptime and reliability across a fast-paced FMCG site, with a focus on water-related systems.
Drive continuous improvement and support production performance on site.
Manage a Monday–Friday day shift and coordinate with production teams.
