Sodexo Group is seeking a Customer Service and Facilities Coordinator at Cambridge Biomedical Campus. The role is permanent and full-time, with duties that include greeting visitors, coordinating events and tours, and supporting food service and facilities operations.

You will be the welcoming face on-site, ensuring a smooth workplace experience while coordinating with internal teams and contractors. A proactive, customer-focused attitude is essential for success in this active role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or hospitality background preferred.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Comfortable engaging with members of the public including school children.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly first point of contact for employees, clients and visitors.
• Respond promptly to service requests and incoming communications.
• Report maintenance issues and liaise with contractors to resolve.
• Deliver engaging site tours, including visits for pupils from local schools.
• Ensure Tea/Coffee Machines are stocked and operating.
• Assist with AV troubleshooting in meeting rooms and event setup.
• Maintain clean, organized spaces across meeting rooms and reception.
• Assist in Food Service areas, serving customers at till points.
• Monitor and report Health & Safety matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless workplace experience.
• Be willing to be cross-trained to support various areas.
