Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, workplace coordination or similar role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proactive, organised and can-do approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident liaising with colleagues, contractors and suppliers
• Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car with travel between offices

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the workplace and facilities
• Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard
• Support health & safety, compliance and building safety
• Liaise with colleagues, contractors and suppliers
• Build and maintain strong supplier and contractor relationships
• Deal with workplace queries and resolve issues effectively
• Complete accurate reporting and compliance checks
• Identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience
• Support the wider Workplace Solutions team as required
