Job summary

EnerMech in Aberdeen is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a full-time role delivering admin support for the 16-acre Aberdeen site. You will report to the Facilities Lead and manage quotes, purchase orders, and the facilities maintenance schedule.

You will also ensure subcontractor training and insurance certificates are up to date and support reception with admin tasks and holiday cover. Strong MS Office skills and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and organise workload.

Responsibilities

• Handle administration tasks for the Aberdeen facility (16 acre site).
• Obtain quotes for facilities needs.
• Raise Purchase Quotes/Purchase Orders for facilities.
