Job summary

EnerMech in Aberdeen is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a full-time role delivering admin support for the 16-acre Aberdeen site. You will report to the Facilities Lead and manage quotes, purchase orders, and the facilities maintenance schedule.

You will also ensure subcontractor training and insurance certificates are up to date and support reception with admin tasks and holiday cover. Strong MS Office skills and initiative are essential.

• Ability to work on your own initiative and organise workload.

The Role and Responsibilities:

A new exciting role has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator to join us here at EnerMech in Aberdeen. This is a full time role offering 37.5 hours a week and will report to our Facilities Lead. The role will involve the following;

• Responsible for administration tasks for our Aberdeen facility, which includes a 16 acre site
• Responsible for obtaining quotes
• Responsible for raising Purchase Quotes/Purchase Orders for facilities
• Responsible for maintaining the facilities maintenance schedule highlighting any upcoming maintenance requirements
• Responsible for ensuring subcontractor training & insurance certificates are up to date
• Maintain Facilities Maintenance Helpdesk, assigning and closing tickets highlight due dates
• Support reception with administration requirements and holiday cover
  

The Requirements

To be successful in the role you with have previous experience in an administration role and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages. You will be able to work to your own initiative and organise your own workload in a timely manner.
