Arcus FM Limited is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to cover planned and reactive maintenance across a defined Aberdeen portfolio. The role requires delivering first-line response to emergencies, ensuring top-quality service, and travelling between client sites with a company van.

The ideal candidate will hold an apprenticeship in M&E services and 18th Edition, with additional qualifications like F-Gas or Test & Inspection desirable.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance.
• 18th Edition is an essential qualification.
• Desirable: F-Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented.
• Experience in a similar role (retail or commercial preferred).
• Valid UK driving licence (essential).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• IT proficiency and ability to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Providing technical support and expertise across multiple sites.
• Liaising with customers to deliver outstanding service.
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top-quality service delivery and first-line response to emergencies.

• £36,910 or £42,447 (depending on experience)
• Full door-to-door pay
• Up to 4% bonus
