Job Description

As the Facilities Coordinator in London, you will be:

  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as document management and report generation.
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers to procure necessary services and goods.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the property.
  • Assisting with space planning and moves within the building.
  • Responding to queries and issues raised by the building's occupants.
  • Assisting in the management of the property's budget.
  • Participating in emergency planning and response activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Coordinator should have:

  • A strong understanding of facilities management principles.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

What's on Offer
