Job summary

Fusion People Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities management services across a dedicated client portfolio. You will manage reactive, quoted and planned works, ensuring profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction.

As the main client contact, you will coordinate labour and subcontractors, conduct site surveys, prepare quotations, and ensure all SLAs are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

• FM or facilities management experience.
• Experience producing quotations and cost estimates.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and client contracts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material procurement for reactive, quoted, and planned maintenance works.
• Act as day-to-day liaison between clients, help desk and operational staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Conduct site surveys to identify client requirements and project scope.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations for remedial and additional works.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.
• Attend client meetings to discuss progress, costs and performance.
• Develop and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules across sites.
• Maintain records and ensure documentation and compliance paperwork is up to date.
• Produce operational reports for senior management.
• Participate in the out-of-hours Contracts Manager on-call rota.
• Undertake any additional duties to support business objectives.
