Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management at a flagship 97,000m² Peterborough site on a 6‑month fixed-term contract. You will oversee Engineering, Cleaning, Security, Catering and Specialist Suppliers to ensure service delivery, compliance and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong contract management, budgeting and KPI oversight, with CAFM, procurement and health & safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing FM contracts in client-facing environments.
• Strong budgeting, KPI management and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation and QHSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact and oversee service delivery.
• Manage contract performance, budgets, KPIs, reporting and audits.
• Oversee maintenance, major works, subcontractors and procurement.
• Drive performance through CAFM, maintenance planning and value adds.
• Lead site teams while ensuring health & safety and QHSE compliance.
