Job summary

Gymshark is seeking an Account Support Manager to oversee the Gymshark facilities account. You will drive compliance, CAFM administration, PPM, health and safety processes and financial controls to ensure safe, well-maintained operations.

You will work with the account leadership and operations teams to deliver accurate reporting, data quality and continuous improvement across facilities data and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management or similar operational environment.
• Good knowledge of facilities statutory compliance and Health & Safety requirements.
• Experience using and administering a CAFM system.
• Experience coordinating PPM, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance activities.
• Strong contractor and supplier-management skills.
• Experience with budgets, purchase orders, expenditure and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of facilities asset and maintenance data.
• Experience producing KPIs, reports and management information.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the facilities compliance framework across the account.
• Maintain oversight of compliance areas including fire safety, asbestos, Legionella and water hygiene, electrical and gas safety, lifting equipment, pressure systems, emergency lighting and HVAC.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and escalate overdue actions.
• Maintain compliance records, risk information and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and track actions through to completion.
• Take ownership of CAFM administration and asset registers.
• Support management of Planned Preventative Maintenance programmes and ensure accurate records.
• Produce CAFM reports, dashboards and KPIs to support performance.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in facilities data.
