Job summary

Enable is seeking a Compliance Manager to coordinate facilities compliance across leisure sites, offices and community spaces. You will ensure statutory standards, oversee CAFM data, and drive improvements in service delivery across multiple sites.

Based at Staff Yard, Battersea Park, this on-site, full-time role offers a fixed term until August 2027 with occasional site travel and a focus on strengthening community services through robust governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities coordination or management roles.
• Strong understanding of hard and soft FM services.
• Excellent communication with employees, contractors and partners.
• Good problem-solving skills for outages and emergencies.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing a small team.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification is required.
• NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable.
• Understanding of statutory compliance requirements.
• Working towards Level 3/4 in Facilities Management.
• Familiarity with Infraspeak is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance across Enable facilities including leisure sites, community halls, offices and crematoria.
• Schedule reactive and planned maintenance and inspections.
• Manage repairs and maintenance budget.
• Ensure all compliance certificates uploaded to internal databases (Concerto, Sharepoint).
• Build relationships across services, partners and contractors.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers.
• Work with Site Managers to drive H&S, sustainability and improvements.
• Support projects and redecoration works.
• Line manage Premises Officer.
• Utilise Infraspeak data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Obtain quotes for goods and services per procurement code.
• Oversee contractor RAMS, insurance and method statements.
