Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 0800-1700, Monday to Friday

Role overview:

To support the Facilities Manager in ensuring compliance with the agreement between EMCOR UK and the client.

Manage the service deliverables for all soft services to promote teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement across 2 key locations, supporting the wider portfolio in the London region.

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient workflow.

What you’ll do:

  • Proactively manage helpdesk tasks and ensure SLA achievement.
  • Adhere to all EHS and client processes in a multi-use environment.
  • Manage all soft services daily operations.
  • Oversee and cover reception duties when required.
  • Perform administrative duties, including KPI auditing, recording quotations, and minutes of meetings.
  • Assist the FM with finance processes, quotations, and budget records.
  • Ensure soft services & M&E log book processes are followed.
  • Support the M&E Supervisor in maintaining the CAFM System and Asset Management database.
  • Maintain stock levels of PPE, stationery, and equipment.
  • Handle all administrative requirements for the FM team.

Who you’ll be:

  • Full driving license.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of operational procedures like supplier control, procurement, Health & Safety (IOSH Managing Safely & SIA license preferred but not essential).
  • Line management/supervision experience.
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize workloads.
  • Previous front-facing customer service experience.
  • Sound administrative skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Office 365.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
