We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the planning and delivery of a wide range of small works and reactive maintenance projects across all college sites. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent coordination skills and a strong focus on service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
About the Role:
•Being the main point of contact for all external parties and instruct reactive maintenance works including arranging estimates, raising purchases and processing invoices.
• Visit college premises to undertake building inspections and arrange works as necessary.
• Implement and manage documentation files for all works undertaken, using shared files and systems.
• Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent.
• Education to Level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent.
• To have excellent customer service skills.
• To have working knowledge of Microsoft 365 systems including Sharepoint, Teams, Word and Excel.
• To be familiar with facilities documentation including O&M manuals, drawings and engineering reports.
