Job summary

National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Facilities Assistant at Attingham Park. The role focuses on practical tasks to keep the site in excellent condition for visitors, with duties including cleaning, minor maintenance, and assisting with deliveries.

The role involves weekends and bank holidays with varied shifts (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) under a zero-hour contract. Successful candidates complete an online assessment as part of selection.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, sweeping and litter-picking inside and outside.
• Maintain day-to-day presentation of NT buildings and spaces.
• Assist with minor maintenance and unloading deliveries.
• Support other teams as needed to help operations run smoothly.
• Provide a helpful customer-facing experience to visitors.
