Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day facilities management services are delivered on site and facilities are safe, clean, well-stocked, maintained, and comfortable.
• Act as the first point of contact for colleagues, tenants and visitors on site, and monitor performance standards of key contractors.
• Proactively resolve issues for colleagues and elevate problems appropriately.
