National Trust in Hatchlands Park invites a Facilities Assistant to help deliver the Christmas trail and keep the site well-presented for visitors all year round. You’ll assist with cleaning, sweeping, and basic maintenance to ensure facilities are in good working order.

We value a friendly, proactive team player who can work on own initiative, support other teams when needed, and adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative.

Responsabilités

• Assist in delivery of Christmas events and maintain presentation of National Trust buildings and outdoor spaces.
• Clean, sweep and litter-pick inside and outdoors; maintain facilities.
• Help with manual tasks such as unloading deliveries.
• Provide high standard of customer service and assist visitors with queries.
• Support other teams with maintenance and ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Work under Welcome Manager at Hatchlands Park; contribute to a welcoming visitor experience.
