We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of operations in CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management within the wider facilities team. Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Ensuring the exterior of the site is clean, tidy, and in good repair, including external maintenance
• Assisting with contractor management, including sign-in/out procedures and adherence to site policies
• Opening and/or closing the building as required
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
