An established industry player is seeking a Seasonal Seafront Events & Facilities Assistant to coordinate outdoor events at the beautiful Brighton seafront. The post holder will coordinate and operate the open-air bandstand, including weddings and band performances. Responsibilities include managing bookings, communicating with involved parties, setting up and packing down equipment, ensuring safety during ceremonies, and maintaining the beach volleyball court. The role involves on-site presence during events and office duties when not on-site.
Requirements: Enjoy outdoor work, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, customer focus, and ability to work independently.
Training and uniform provided.
Hours: 22.5 hours/week, with potential for additional hours based on events.
Work days: Wednesday to Saturday, including weekends with pay enhancements.
Contract duration: 1st May to 30th September.
