Facilities Assistant

To provide an extremely high standard of customer care for staff and visitors via efficient ‘front of house’ service, including reception services, general office administration and facilities management support.

And as a Facilities Assistant with Bellrock, you’ll do it by

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Meet and greet all visitors to the building in a polite and professional manner.
  • To ensure Contractors sign in & out at the reception, handing out keys, making sure building is secure.
  • To make sure all contractors fill in the correct work permit.
  • Ensure that all visitors sign in and out at reception.
  • Answer all customer queries and redirect calls to internal/external parties.
  • Provide information and advise customers about the facilities.
  • Act as a first point of the contact on any building maintenance issues.
  • Carry out porterage duties as and when required.
  • Carry out concierge duties as and when required.
  • Act as point of contact in the absence of the site contract manager.
  • Responsible for the postage service and postal distribution.
  • To carry out all tasks in line with the company’s safety policy, risk assessments and method statements.
  • To undertake any other duties which may be reasonably assigned from time to time.

What does it take?

If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Facilities Assistant , you’ll need

  • IT literate with proficiency of navigating around a PC with internal CRM systems and have good data entry and keyboard skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including a good telephone manner ensuring client relationships are constantly met with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to work with all levels of management and client.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage working time effectively.

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work fromAddlestone, Surrey, KT15 2AH. Monday to Friday 8:00am top 5:00pm
