Job summary

Natural Resources Wales is offering two Facilities Apprentice opportunities based in Llandarcy and St Mellons (Cardiff). You will train toward a Level 3 Facilities Management Apprenticeship and gain hands-on experience across a diverse property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills demonstrated.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/Level 2 or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a facilities environment.
• Great communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Estates and Facilities team with day-to-day tasks.
• Apply learning from apprenticeship to real-world situations.
• Develop relationships with colleagues, customers and contractors.
• Assist with basic Facilities administration and data entry.
• Assist with health and safety compliance and reporting.
