Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join a busy industrial site in Banbury. You will report to the HSE Manager and coordinate facilities, maintenance, contractors and compliance to ensure safe, efficient site operations.

The role includes coordinating PPM, monitoring HVAC and other building systems, and supporting statutory inspections. You will also maintain records and assist with procurement and site improvements.

Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health & safety qualification.
• A Facilities Management qualification such as IWFM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the site.
• Monitor building systems: HVAC, lighting, fire protection, security, plumbing.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests and ensure timely closure.
• Manage external contractors, including risk assessments and permits to work.
• Support statutory inspections and health & safety compliance activities.
• Coordinate fire safety equipment inspections and emergency lighting tests.
• Maintain accurate facilities and maintenance records.
• Assist with supplier management and purchase order processes.
• Support office moves and workspace planning.
