With a commitment to providing reliable, technology-driven logistics solutions, we are expanding our operations in Europe and are looking for a proactive Facilities Administrator to support our facilities in Luton.

Position Summary:

As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Luton facility. You will work closely with local service providers, manage administrative tasks, and support various aspects of staff accommodation and training. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with local service providers for site renovations, procurement, and general facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate and manage staff accommodation logistics, including booking, contracts, and check-ins for incoming employees.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the facility, ensuring that supplies, equipment, and services are available as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating cultural onboarding and training for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Manage and track service contracts, facility documentation, and budgetary reports.
  • Help ensure the facility complies with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Act as the point of contact for any facility-related requests or issues from staff or service providers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in facilities administration, office management, or site coordination, ideally within a logistics or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with local vendors and service providers in the Luton area is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
