Facilities Administrator Job Description

Support the strategic planning and daily operations related to the organisation's buildings and premises.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Experience in building management or construction administration within a facilities role
  • Flexibility to travel to various venues in east and southeast London

Main Duties:
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and communicate building and maintenance projects
  • Assist in procurement or tendering processes for contractors and suppliers
  • Oversee external building and maintenance projects
  • Manage essential services including security, property maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal, and recycling
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including CDM Regulations, and report concerns to engineering management
