Facilities Administrator
This is an onsite role reporting to the Head of Production.

What will you be doing?
Within this role, you will arrange and oversee maintenance and repairs activities at the Crowcon Head Office facility. You will plan and implement work schedules, requesting contractor quotations and scheduling work. You will organise and help monitor contractors, escorting and introducing them to the site, ensuring that they are carrying out work to agreed schedule and facilitating ad-hoc call outs.
You will deliver a high level of service, comfort and safety for users of our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are fully functioning, and you will supply maintenance reports and updates to the Head of Production on a regular basis.
