Responsibilities

• Assist in 24/7 maintenance coordination within hospital facilities
• Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) scheduling and resource allocation
• Help ensure statutory and mandatory inspections are carried out
• Maintain accurate statutory, contractual and compliance records
• Update CAFM and manual records and generate reports
• Provide asset-related advice within core technical areas
• Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external partners
• Collaborate with support services teams to maintain smooth operations
• Keep up-to-date with health & safety standards like COSHH
• Undertake additional duties as needed by management
