Job summary

Equans is seeking an Administration Apprentice (PPM and Asset) to join our team at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. This fixed term apprenticeship runs for 24 months, full-time 37.5 hours per week, providing hands-on experience in supporting Planned Preventative Maintenance, asset management and compliance across hospital systems.

You'll learn on the job, gain valuable skills, and work with internal teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MSWord.
• DBS check at Standard Level required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a 24/7 maintenance service within the service provider team.
• Help coordinate planned preventative maintenance activities and resource allocation.
• Support scheduling and completion of inspections and maintenance.
• Maintain and update statutory, contractual, and compliance records.
• Update CAFM and manual records and help produce reports.
