Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Facade Specification Manager to lead specification-led sales across the North of England. You will build strong relationships with architects, façade consultants and influencers to generate and protect specifications and manage projects from concept to completion.

The role requires deep sector knowledge, a proven track record in specification sales, CRM proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with contractors and distributors to convert opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the façade, rainscreen cladding, or external building envelope sector.
• Proven track record in specification sales.
• Strong understanding of the full façade project lifecycle (from specification to completion).
• Experience managing projects and pipelines through CRM.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate new façade specifications through architects, façade consultants, and key influencers
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with architectural practices and decision-makers
• Identify, track, and manage projects end‑to‑end across the North of England
• Protect specifications by engaging Main Contractors, Specialist Façade Contractors, and Distributors throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with distributors and fabricators to maximise conversion rates
• Deliver compelling CPDs, technical presentations, and product training
• Build a strong project pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
• Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to close opportunities
