Job summary

Bimplus in London & South East is seeking an experienced Projects Director to lead high-value façade and cladding programmes. You will own delivery from pre-construction through final handover, steering strategy, profitability, programme delivery and client relationships.

This board-level role requires extensive façade/building envelope expertise, strong leadership and a track record of delivering profitable projects safely.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 7 Construction Senior Management or equivalent.
• SMSTS certification required.
• CSCS Management Card held.
• CITB Health & Safety for Directors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-value façade and cladding projects.
• Drive profitability, programme delivery and quality across your portfolio.
• Support pre-construction on tenders and project strategy.
• Build, mentor and develop Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Maintain exceptional client and stakeholder relationships.
• Champion Health & Safety and operational excellence.
• Manage project risk, governance and commercial performance.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and to high quality standards.
