We are working with a leading contractor delivering complex, high-value projects, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Façade Manager to take ownership of the building envelope on a flagship Data Centre project.

This is a key role where you'll be responsible for driving façade delivery from design through to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and performance standards are met on a technically challenging build.

You’ll act as the go‑to specialist for all façade‑related matters, working closely with design teams, subcontractors, and the wider project leadership group. From early‑stage technical reviews through to site coordination and final handover, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and meets both client expectations and regulatory standards.
