Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Façades Manager to lead the external envelope package on a major refurbishment in Warrington, including cladding, façades and reroofing within a live education facility.

You will report to the Project Manager and drive delivery, safety, and quality across all envelope works, coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and the client with clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing façade, cladding or external envelope packages on major projects.
• Experience overseeing reroofing works within refurbishment or remediation schemes.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations, fire safety and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of façades, cladding and reroofing works from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors, suppliers and the wider site team.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme, specification, budget and quality requirements.
• Maintain health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.
• Oversee installation quality, inspections, testing and handover procedures.
• Identify and resolve technical, design and logistical challenges.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and fire safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
• Build strong relationships with client, consultants and subcontractors.
