Job summary

An experienced Façade Lead is sought by a leading Tier 1 contractor in Central London to take ownership of a £20m façade package on a major new-build commercial scheme. The role covers complex façade elements, including unitised façades, stone cladding, metalwork, and screening with key interfaces to MEP penetrations and waterproofing.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong Tier 1 delivery experience and a track record on major schemes, with potential to step up from No.2 Façade

Façade Lead - Tier 1 Principal Contractor Central London

I'm currently working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who is looking for an experienced Façade Lead to take ownership of a £20m façade package on a major new-build commercial scheme in Central London.

The package covers a complex range of façade elements, including a unitised primary façade, natural and reconstructed stone cladding, feature metalwork and architectural finishes, terrace balustrades and screening, roof pavilion glazing and façade access systems, alongside key interfaces with MEP penetrations, smoke ventilation, roof plant screening and waterproofing.

We're looking for someone with strong façade experience, proven Tier 1 project delivery and a track record of longevity on major schemes.

This would also suit an ambitious No.2 Façade Manager / Senior Façade Manager who is ready to step up and take the lead on a major £20m package.
