Job summary

Maine Group in Garvagh is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead the Fabrication Department and drive safe, efficient production.

You will manage welders and fabricators, plan activities to meet deadlines, and uphold quality. Strong leadership and drawing/WPS interpretation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• , Minimum 5 years' fabrication or welding experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing.
• - Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• - Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Vickerstock are proud to be exclusively partnering with Maine Group to recruit a Fabrication Supervisor for their growing manufacturing operation in Garvagh.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland's leading engineering manufacturers, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Fabrication Department. You'll lead a skilled team of welders and fabricators, ensuring production is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while supporting the wider production plan.
