Job summary

Maine Group is recruiting a Fabrication Supervisor in Garvagh to lead the fabrication department and manage a skilled team of welders and fabricators. You will oversee day-to-day operations, plan production, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' fabrication or welding experience within heavy engineering or manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding techniques and quality standards.
• Experience in production planning and workflow management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland's leading engineering manufacturers, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Fabrication Department. You'll lead a skilled team of welders and fabricators, ensuring production is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while supporting the wider production plan.
