Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive general maintenance tasks.
• Support engineers with maintenance activities as required.
• Maintain building fabric, including painting & decorating.
• Perform basic locksmith duties.
• Escort visitors, suppliers, and subcontractors around site.
• Complete additional duties as directed by the Supervisor.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and customer service.
