Mitie is hiring a Fabric Technician in Bristol to help keep our buildings safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will carry out general maintenance tasks, assist engineers, and perform building fabric work including painting and decorating.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned and reactive general maintenance tasks.
• Support engineers with maintenance activities as required.
• Maintain building fabric, including painting & decorating.
• Perform basic locksmith duties.
• Escort visitors, suppliers, and subcontractors around site.
• Complete additional duties as directed by the Supervisor.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Fabric Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our buildings safe, functional, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

• -Carrying out planned and reactive general maintenance tasks.
• -Supporting engineers with planned and reactive maintenance activities as required.
• -Undertaking building fabric maintenance, including painting and decorating works.
• -Performing basic locksmith duties.
• -Escorting FM visitors, suppliers, and subcontractors around site.
• -Completing additional duties as directed by the Supervisor.
• -Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and customer service at all times.
