Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Fabric Technician to support maintenance of building fabric and associated engineering services across multiple sites.

The role involves delivering both reactive and planned work, while upholding CBRE’s safety and quality standards and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plastering, joinery, glazing, plumbing and decorating, and be capable of coordinating a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in building fabric tasks (plastering, joinery, glazing, plumbing and decorating).
• Able to organise and oversee small teams on fabric projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reactive and pre-planned maintenance on building fabric and related services.
