Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Fabric Technician to support a busy BT Workplace portfolio. You will perform reactive and planned maintenance on building fabric and related services, ensuring operational standards and safety procedures are followed.

The role involves coordinating a small team and collaborating with the Projects & Construction teams to deliver uplift and refit projects. The position emphasizes compliance with HSE, quality workmanship, and proactive problem solving to meet client expectations

Qualifications

• Competence in building fabric tasks such as plastering, joinery, glazing, plumbing and decorating.
• Ability to organise a small team to undertake fabric projects and oversee colleagues.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the physical workplace experience across client locations.
• Maintain high HSE standards and secure workplaces while controlling costs.
• Build and sustain relationships within the customer organisation.
