Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Fabric Technician to support the Technical Supervisor and Area Operation Manager across sites in the Yorkshire region. You will perform reactive and planned maintenance on building fabric and plumbing, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a building trade or building fabric role.
• Ability to organise a small team for fabric projects.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the physical workplace experience at one or multiple customer locations.
• Maintain high standards of HSE and secure workplace conditions.
• Build and sustain relationships within the customer organisation.
• Provide planned and reactive maintenance on general building fabric and plumbing as identified.
• Support uplift and refit projects with Projects & Construction team.
• Complete risk assessments and essential documentation.
• Record risks or defects and notify management for corrective action.
• Participate in Emergency Call Out Service as required.
• Assist in developing colleagues and mentoring apprentices.
