Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Fabric Technician to support the Technical Supervisor across multiple sites in Leeds. You will perform reactive and planned maintenance on building fabric and related engineering services, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

You will lead a small team, manage site activities, and contribute to delivering high-quality facilities services while upholding CBRE's environmental and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Competence in building fabric tasks (plastering, joinery, glazing, plumbing, decorating).
• Ability to organise a small team for fabric projects.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of the physical workplace experience at client locations.
• Maintain high standards of HSE and secure workplace operations.
• Build and sustain relationships within the customer organisation.
• Follow processes, procedures and safety standards.
