Job summary

SER Limited is seeking a Fabric Engineer to cover central London on a full-time, permanent basis. The role includes visiting multiple commercial sites and performing planned and reactive maintenance across offices, hospitals, schools and retail premises.

You will handle plumbing, carpentry, plastering and decorating tasks, along with compliance tests such as water systems and alarms. A City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 building services qualification is required and travel by public transport between

Position: Fabric Engineer

Location: London

Salary: From £40,000 to £45,000 plus travel allowance

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Fabric Technician for a full time, permanent position covering central London

This Fabric Technician will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites that will include offices, hospitals, schools, retail etc.

They will be dealing with plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating as well as compliance tests that include water and alarms.

The right person for this position will have a strong commercial building services maintenance background. They need to have experience working for a facilities company style company and be holding a City & Guilds/ NVQ Level 2 building services qualification.

This engineer will be covering multiple sites, using public transport to travel between sites
