Job summary

JLL is recruiting for a Static Fabric GMO Maintenance Engineer based at our Church Stretton site. You will carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs across fabric elements, working within an IFM team to meet safety, compliance and presentation standards.

The role requires a qualified tradesperson with NVQ/City & Guilds in carpentry or related field and at least 10 years’ experience. You will logging work orders and manage records in the CAFM system, adhering to strict SLA/KPI

Qualifications

• City & guilds / NVQ in Carpentry, Joinery, construction & building.
• 10 years’ experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on static fabric.
• Log defects, hazards, or deterioration and action through CAFM within SLA/KPI targets.
• Liaise with contractors and maintain accurate records.
