Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Static Fabric / GMO Maintenance Engineer for our on-site client facility in Church Stretton. You will perform PPM and reactive repairs across walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and fixtures while working within an Integrated Facilities Management team to ensure safety and presentation standards.

Qualifications include NVQ/City & Guilds in carpentry or related field and 10 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified tradesperson with NVQ or equivalent in carpentry, building maintenance or related discipline.
• 10 years' experience in a similar field.
• Sound understanding of building fabric systems and health and safety legislation.
• Able to log work orders and maintain CAFM records.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across static fabric elements.
• Collaborate with M&E engineers, supervisors and the account team to deliver a seamless service.
• Log defects, hazards or deterioration and action within CAFM with defined SLAs/KPIs.
• Support compliance audits and maintain statutory/client documentation on site.
