Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is recruiting a Fabric Maintenance Engineer for on-site work at Queensgate Shopping Centre in London and Peterborough. The role focuses on carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in line with JLL's PPM and schedules, ensuring high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Fabric Engineer apprenticeship or Carpentry & Joinery qualifications.
• Post-apprenticeship practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as per PPM/timetable.
• Undertake technical maintenance: carpentry, fire door, AHU, plumbing, tiling, ceilings, shelving, locks and decorating.
