Job summary

Alpine Formula One Team is seeking a Head of Structural Analysis & Materials to lead the department, steering analysis strategies and material technologies for all race car structures. You will shape capability, oversee FE analysis, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering innovation and collaboration across functions.

You will guide a high-performance team, develop new methods, and drive engineering excellence in a demanding motorsport environment, reporting to the Engineering Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Materials Science or related field.
• Experience with finite element analysis and structural mechanics.
• Leadership of technical teams in high-performance engineering environments.

• Define direction and capabilities; align resources to priorities.
