ALPINE RACING LIMITED is seeking a Head of Structural Analysis & Materials to lead the department responsible for structural integrity and materials strategy across the race car. You will guide analysis methodologies, ensure regulatory compliance and drive innovation in materials technologies to optimise performance and weight.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in structural analysis, materials engineering or related high-performance engineering environment.
• Educated to degree level in Engineering, Materials Science or related discipline.
• Experience leading technical teams within motorsport, automotive, aerospace or similarly demanding sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and people leadership for Structural Analysis and Materials functions.
• Oversee all structural analysis activities: load definition, finite element analysis, correlation and validation.
• Drive development and application of advanced materials technologies and engineering automation.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing and Trackside teams to support performance and reliability.
