Job summary

Alpine Formula One Team in Enstone seeks a Head of Structural Analysis & Materials to lead the Structures Analysis and Materials functions, shaping the department's direction and capabilities across the race car. You will drive modelling, materials strategies and data-driven approaches in a high-performance setting.

Lead a capable team, align resources to priorities, and partner with Design, Aerodynamics and Trackside teams to optimize performance, weight and regulatory compliance while

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Materials Science.
• Strong knowledge of finite element analysis, structural mechanics and material behaviour.
• Proven leadership capability with experience developing people and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and people leadership for Structural Analysis and Materials.
• Oversee load definition, finite element analysis, correlation and validation methodologies.
• Drive development and application of advanced materials technologies.
• Collaborate with Design, Aerodynamics, Vehicle Performance and Manufacturing to support vehicle performance and reliability.
